- We also offer a micro-credentials in Spanish Health CommuniCare. Micro-credentials are short, focused learning experiences that let you show mastery of a specific skill or area of knowledge. When you complete one, you earn a digital badge—an online credential that includes verified details about what you learned, how you learned it, and who awarded it.
